An accurately measured and ever popular 10K race over a flat, fast course through the picturesque village of Frampton-on-Severn, which is two miles West of M5 Junction 13.

Race Tickets and RACE TRANSFERS will close 2 weeks prior to race day to allow race numbers to be posted out in advance, there are no exceptions to this.

• This is a chipped timed event.


• There will be prizes for male and female 1st, 2nd, 3rd places - Prize giving will be at 8.15pm


• Awards for each male and female age category will be awarded on the day Senior, V40,V50, V60, V70...)


• Race numbers will be posted out prior to the event.


• A reminder email will be sent to you 1 week prior to the race date with final race instructions.


• Please complete the emergency contact information on the reverse side of your number before starting the race


• There are no changing or shower facilities available.


• There are no managed bag drop facilities at this race.
