Q: Can I run with a dog?

No we do NOT allow cannicross at most of our races. The only exception to this is the Allsorts Tinkley Gate Santa Dash where dogs are welcome on short leads.

Q: What are your transfer policies?

Race Entry and Transfers: You may transfer your race number to another runner up to 3 working days prior to race day. All transfers must be processed through the Eventrac transfer facility. No exceptions will be made after the deadline.

Q: What is your refund policy?

Refunds: The club does not offer refunds for individual withdrawals. However, if the event is postponed or cancelled by us, we will refund the entry fee or offer a place in the rescheduled race.

The use of standard personal listening devices is prohibited and may lead to disqualification. Only UKA/EA-approved bone-conducting headphones (e.g., Aftershokz) are permitted.

All of our races are insured through UKA either with a UKA race licence or a Trail Running Association licence. Details of the insurance are availble on request and will be availble at Race HQ on the day.
