Event Overview A demanding, hilly course of approximately eight miles along woodland tracks through Woodchester Park. This course is aimed at experienced trail runners who are confident that they can complete the course within the 2.5 hour cutoff.

General Information & Race Rules

• Prizes (Vouchers for Bateman Sports) will be awarded to:
  • Individuals: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Male and Female. (£50/£30/£20)
  • Teams: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placed teams (5 runners per team). (£100/£50/£25)
  • Age Categories: Vet 40 upwards. (V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65, V70, etc). (£10)
• Time Limit: There is a strict race cut-off of 2 hours. The course will close, and no finish times will be issued after this time.
• Headphones: The use of standard personal listening devices is prohibited and may lead to disqualification. Only UKA/EA-approved bone-conducting headphones (e.g., Aftershokz) are permitted.
• Facilities: Please note there are no changing rooms, showers, or managed bag drop facilities available.
• Safety: Please ensure your emergency contact information is completed on the reverse of your race number before starting.
• Communications: You will receive a reminder email with final race instructions one week prior to the event.

Transfers & Refunds

• Race Entry and Transfers: You may transfer your race number to another runner up to 3 working days prior to race day. All transfers must be processed through the Eventrac transfer facility. No exceptions will be made after the deadline.
• Event Insurance is available to purchase through the Eventrac system – this is not managed by us but by a 3^rd party insurance company.
• Refunds: The club does not offer refunds for individual withdrawals. However, if the event is postponed or cancelled by us, we will refund the entry fee or offer a place in the rescheduled race.
