Allsorts Tinkley Gate Santa Dash

Hosted by Stroud & District Athletic Club in partnership with Allsorts Charity

Get ready to pull on your Santa suit and bring the festive fun to the trails! We’re excited to launch the inaugural Allsorts Tinkley Gate Santa Dash – a cheerful, family-friendly 5km off-road event set in the stunning National Trust Tinkley Gate.

We're looking for 250 Santas to join us in raising funds for Allsorts, a brilliant local charity supporting children and young people with additional needs and their families.

Whether you run, jog, walk, or jingle all the way – everyone is welcome, including festive pooches (on leads, of course)!

Event Highlights

  • 5km Santa Dash through scenic trails

  • 2.5km option available – ideal for younger participants or anyone wanting a shorter distance

  • Live carol singers at the start and finish to keep spirits high

  • Chip timing for accurate results

  • Café open afterwards for post-run refreshments

  • Large "Made in Stroud" medal for every finisher (more details coming soon!)

Entry Information

  • Adults: £14–£16

  • Juniors (U18): £11–£14 (discount applied at checkout)

  • Santa suits available to purchase during registration

Accessibility & Rules

  • Open to all – runners, walkers, families, and dogs (1 per person, on short handheld leads)

  • Accessible route for off-road motorised wheelchairs

  • One off-road "romper" vehicle available courtesy of the National Trust

  • U11s must run with a parent/guardian and be aged 8+ on the day

  • U12s may only complete the 2.5km option, in line with Trail Running Association rules
